🛍️ Our 14-Day "Love It or Return It" Policy

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. That's why we offer a straightforward, attractive return policy designed for your peace of mind.

You have 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to decide if it's the perfect fit. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return the eligible item for a full refund or exchange, no hassle!

Key Return Details

  • Eligibility Window: Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 14 calendar days of your delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item is clearly worn, damaged, or altered.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your order confirmation or packing slip with your return to help us process it faster.
  • Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Initiate a Return (It's Easy!)

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to info@TBPknives.com with your Order Number and the Item(s) you wish to return, along with the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We'll quickly send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions within 24-48 business hours.
  3. Ship It Back: Securely package your item with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package, and mail it back to us using a trackable shipping method.

🔄 Exchanges

We're happy to help you find the perfect fit! If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

  • Follow the same return process above and indicate you'd like an exchange
  • Once we receive your return, we'll ship out your replacement item
  • If there's a price difference, we'll either refund or charge the difference accordingly
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

📦 Return Shipping Costs

We aim to keep the return process as transparent as possible regarding costs:

Our Shipping Error (Wrong item/size sent, defective product) We Pay: We provide a prepaid return label.
Change of Mind (e.g., didn't like color, fit, size) Customer Pays: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Important: For returns where the customer pays the shipping, we strongly recommend using a trackable and insured service. We are not responsible for packages lost during the return transit.


🚫 Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

To maintain fairness and hygiene standards, some items are exempt from our 14-day return policy:

  • Final Sale & Clearance: Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or deeply discounted "Clearance" items.
  • Custom Items: Products that have been custom-made, personalized, or engraved specifically for you.
  • Health & Hygiene: Opened beauty products, cosmetics, intimate apparel, swimwear, or pierced jewelry (e.g., earrings) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Digital Goods: Downloadable software products and digital content.
  • Gift Cards: Digital and physical gift cards are non-refundable.

💳 Refund Processing

  • Inspection: All returns are inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet our return criteria
  • Approval: Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Bank Processing: Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account
