🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible! This policy outlines everything you need to know about how your order will be processed and shipped within the United States.


⏱️ Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in New York.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.
  • Custom/Personalized Items: Please note that personalized or custom-made items may require an additional 5-7 business days for production before shipping.

       Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with reliable carriers including USPS, FedEx, and UPS to offer you the best delivery options. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays.


📍 Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). International expansion planned.

🔎 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
  • If you have not received your tracking link within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@tbpknives.com

⚠️ Lost or Damaged Packages

While rare, packages can occasionally be lost or damaged in transit.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and the product and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) at info@tbpknives.com, so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Lost Packages: If the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered, but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and your building management first. If you still cannot find it, contact us within 7 days, and we'll work with you to file a claim with the carrier.

  • Packages confirmed lost in transit (not delivered by the carrier): We will issue a replacement or a full refund.


📦 Shipping Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to change your shipping address:

  • Contact us at info@tbpknives.com immediately after placing your order
  • We can only update addresses for orders that have not yet been shipped
  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect or change the delivery address

🏠 PO Boxes & Military Addresses

  • PO Boxes: We can ship to PO Box addresses via USPS
  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO): We're happy to ship to military addresses. Please allow additional time for delivery to these locations.
